Sweet roasted carrots blended into a creamy, vitamin-packed orange sauce that is perfect for the whole family!

Ingredients

8 oz. Anthony's Rotini

3 large carrots, peeled & chopped

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cups milk

1/2 cups grated parmesan

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper

Directions

1Roast carrots and garlic at 425°F with olive oil, 20 min.

2Cook pasta per directions on box, set aside.

3Blend carrots/garlic with milk, parmesan, salt, and pepper.

4Toss with hot rotini and serve extra cheese on top.
