Olive oil
Butter
Uncooked lobster meat (can sub shrimp or scallops)
Lemon juice
Chopped parsley
1 Box of Anthonys® fettuccine
Directions
1Cook fettucini according to package instructions
2Heat oil and butter in fry pan on medium. Lower temperature and add a splash of lemon juice and the lobster meat
3Saute lightly and serve over fettuccini. Garnish with parsley
