Ingredients
8 oz Anthony's® bow tie pasta
½ Green pepper, chopped
½ Red pepper, chopped
8 oz Button mushroom, chopped
2 cups Cooked chicken, chopped
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
1Cook pasta according to package directions.
2Add 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to pasta.
3Saute peppers and mushrooms until crisp tender in 1 t olive oil.
4Add chicken, heat throughly. Stir into pasta. Stir 1/4 grated parmesan cheese into the mix.
