Linguine and smoked salmon come together with Alfredo sauce and a touch of lemon for a bright, distinctive dish that is easy to make.
8 ounces Mueller’s® Linguine
1 (17 ounce) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
6 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
Chopped parsley (optional)
1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
2While pasta is cooking, combine Alfredo sauce, salmon, green onions, and lemon peel in medium skillet. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3When pasta is cooked, add pasta to skillet and stir to combine. Garnish with parsley or additional lemon peel, if desired, and serve immediately.
Cook’s Tip: Add a small squeeze of lemon juice for the perfect balance in taste.
