Add ham and colorful vegetables to angel hair pasta to create this easy-to-prepare dish with a light sauce packed with flavor.
16 oz. Anthony's Angel Hair Pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup frozen peas
8 oz. ham, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
3/4 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1Cook pasta according to package directions.
2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add peas, ham and bell pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
3Add pasta, tomato juice, milk, basil leaves and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
4Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
