16 oz Anthony’s® Elbow Macaroni
1.50 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1.50 cups cauliflower florets, sliced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
18 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced
0.75 cup green onions, sliced
1.50 cups Italian salad dressing
1Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2In large bowl, combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; toss to mix. Cover; chill thoroughly.
3Toss gently before serving. Garnish as desired.
