Tangy teriyaki sauce coats sirloin and pasta in this easy-to-follow recipe
8 ounces Anthony's® Linguine
3 cups (about 1/2 pound) broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound beef sirloin steak, sliced
3 carrots, cut into matchstick size sticks
1/4 cup Asian sesame dressing
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1Cook pasta according to package directions. Add broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain well and set aside.
2While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet; add garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add beef; cook and stir until browned.
3Add remaining ingredients to skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Add pasta and broccoli; mix well and serve immediately
Cook’s Tip: Put your sirloin steak into the freezer for about 20 minutes just prior to slicing to make cutting easier.
