Spaghetti with Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
½ (2-pound) package Anthony’s® Spaghetti1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 (26-ounce) jars pasta sauce
1 (16-ounce) package frozen vegetable combination
Grated parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain. Coat large nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook and stir chicken until lightly browned. Add pasta sauce and vegetables. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with hot spaghetti with parmesan cheese if desired.
