Ingredients
8 ounces (1/2 package) Anthony’s® Small Shells
½ pound Italian sausage links, sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 small summer squash, sliced (about 1 cup)
½ cup chopped onion
3 cups water
1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce, any flavor
1 (16-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 tablespoon beef-flavor bouillon granules
Directions
Cook shells as package directs; drain. In large pot, brown sausage. Stir in zucchini, squash and onion; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients except pasta; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cooked shells.
