Skillet Cheesy Ham Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 oz Anthony's Angel Hair Pasta, broken into pieces
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups small ham cubes
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chili ready tomatoes
- 1/2 to 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onion, green pepper and garlic until softened, stirring occasionally. Add ham cubes and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until ham begins to brown and is heated through.
- Add tomatoes and Creole seasoning to skillet and heat slightly. Toss angel hair with ham mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts.
