Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package Anthony’s® Rosamarina2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 (14½-ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook rosamarina as package directs; drain. In large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil; stir in flour. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened. Add rosamarina; toss to coat. Heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
