Roasted Tomato Rotelle

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package Anthony’s® Rotelle3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chicken-flavor instant bouillon & seasoning
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
10 roma (plum) tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook rotelle as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 400˚. In small saucepan, combine water, oil, bouillon and garlic; heat until bouillon dissolves. In shallow baking pan, combine tomatoes, onion and bouillon mixture; stir gently. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Toss vegetables with hot rotelle and basil. Serve with parmesan cheese.
