Homerun Hot Dog Pasta Salad
Knock the ball out of the park with this easy kid-loving meal-in-a-bowl. Pair sliced hot dogs with delicious Anthony's pasta and a few tasty fixins to make a variation of an all-American favorite - and a versatile entrée or side dish.

Ingredients
- 6 oz Anthony's Rotelle pasta
- 5 All-beef hot dogs, grilled or cooked and sliced in bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle, diced into small pieces
- 1/4 cup red or green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook Anthony's pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except pasta and cooked hotdogs. Once thoroughly mixed, add Anthony's pasta and sliced hot dogs tossing gently to coat.
- Chill for at least two hours before serving.
