Penne with Sausage and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne
  • 1 pound grilled Italian sausage, sliced thin
  • 2 cups previously grilled multi-color bell peppers and onion, diced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4-6 tablespoons favorite vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. If desired, reheat sausage and grilled vegetables in microwave.
  3. Combine pasta, sausage, grilled vegetables and tomatoes in a serving bowl; add salad dressing. Toss well.
