Ingredients
8 oz (1/2 package) Anthony’s® Lasagne, uncooked2 cups cottage cheese*
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
6-1/2 cups (52-ounces) of your favorite pasta sauce
1 pound ground beef or bulk Italian sausage, cooked & drained
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, combinecottage cheese, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs; mix well. Add pastasauce to browned meat in pan; mix well.2. In 9" x 13" pan, spread 1 cup of meat sauce.
3. Place 1/3 of the Lasagne noodles over sauce.Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over noodles,top with 1/3 of the meat sauce.
4. Repeat step 3.
5. Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce.Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.
6. Uncover, sprinkle with reserved Mozzarella cheeseand parsley flakes. Bake an additional 5 minutes,or until cheese is bubbly. Remove. Let stand 15minutes before cutting and serving.
*May substitute a 15-ounce container of Ricotta cheese.
