Mostaccioli & Meatballs

Ingredients
- 12 oz Anthony's Mostaccioli
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
- 1 pkg (14 oz) frozen Italian meatballs
- 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Combine spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, meatballs and olives in a Dutch oven or large saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until meatballs are hot through.
- Stir in pasta. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and allow to heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- If desired, substitute goat cheese or feta cheese for Italian blend cheese. Add 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained along with the olives.
