Mostaccioli & Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Anthony's Mostaccioli
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
  • 1 pkg (14 oz) frozen Italian meatballs
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, meatballs and olives in a Dutch oven or large saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until meatballs are hot through.
  3. Stir in pasta. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and allow to heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. If desired, substitute goat cheese or feta cheese for Italian blend cheese. Add 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained along with the olives.
