8 ounces (1/2 package) Anthony's Long Macaroni
4 tablespoons margarine or butter
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
2¼ cups milk
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
2 ½ cups (8-ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1½ (6½-ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
Cook macaroni as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 350˚. In medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons dill and 2 cups mozzarella cheese; stir until cheese melts. Layer half the macaroni in greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with half the sauce and all the tuna. Top with remaining macaroni, sauce, mozzarella cheese and dill. Bake 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
