Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups Anthony’s® Large Elbows3 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup minced onion
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
Directions
Cook elbows as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Stir in salt and pepper. Add onion and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Stir cheese sauce into elbows. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. TIP: Recipe may be doubled.
