Linguine Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Oil)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Anthony's Linguine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

 

Directions

    1. Cook and drain linguine according to package directions.
    2. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook and stir until lightly browned.
    3. Place linguine in a large bowl. Toss with garlic and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
