Leftover Fiesta Turkey Bake
Spicy southwest flavors make this pasta recipe a fiesta! An easy combination of ingredients produces a big flavor that can be made ahead and warmed through for family and friends.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Anthony's Rotini
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Mexican style taco cheese with seasoning, divided
- 1-1/2 cups (about 1/2 pound) cooked turkey, diced
- 1 (11 ounce) can Mexican style corn with bell peppers, drained
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can green chilies, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine soup, milk and 1 cup cheese in large bowl. Stir in pasta, turkey, corn and chilies. Spoon into lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
