Lasagne Roll-Ups Di Napoli

Ingredients
9 Anthony’s® Lasagne noodles1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce
Directions
Cook lasagne as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan and egg. Spread about 1/3 cup cheese mixture on each lasagne noodle; roll up. Pour ½ cup pasta sauce into bottom of 4-1/2 quart open roaster. Arrange lasagne rolls, seam-sides down in dish. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 35 minutes or until hot. Garnish as desired.
