Italian Red Bean & Tomato Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Anthony's Small Sea Shells
  • 1 can (16 oz) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved or 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine cooked pasta, beans, green onions, and tomatoes. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
