Ingredients
8 ounces Anthony’s® Thin Spaghettini½ pound ground turkey
½ cup chopped carrot
½ cup chopped onion
1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 (19-ounce) can cannellini beans or 1 (16-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Directions
Cook spaghettini as package directs; drain. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook turkey until browned. Add carrot and onion; cook and stir until vegetables are tender. Add pasta sauce and beans; simmer about 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over hot spaghettini. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
