Fideo & Chicken Soup

Ingredients
6 ounces (½ package) Anthony’s® Cut Fideo, broken1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
8 cups water
1 (15½-ounce) can pinto or kidney beans, drained
1 cup diced carrots
8 teaspoons chicken-flavor instant bouillon & seasoning
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
In a large pot, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender; add next six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add fideo; cook 8 minutes longer or until fideo is tender.
