Fettuccine Alfredo
A lighter version of Fettuccine Alfredo. Margarine and light cream make for fewer calories with the same great taste. A hint of nutmeg finishes the dish.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Anthony's Fettuccine
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) half and half or light cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat through.
- Serve immediately with hot fettuccine and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
