Easy Memphis BBQ Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz Anthony's Long Macaroni, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cups water
- 1 container (18 oz) pulled pork in barbecue sauce
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium-high heat. Break pasta in half and add to oil. Cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes or until pasta just starts to brown.
- Add water. Cook 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in pork in sauce and marinara sauce, using a fork to break pork apart. Reduce heat to low. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until pasta is fully cooked and pork is hot, stirring frequently.
