Creamy Bacon and Noodles Skillet Supper
Salty bacon is the perfect accompaniment for this creamy sauce. This kid-friendly meal will have them begging for seconds!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Anthony's Noodles
- 9 slices bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups half and half or light cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned.
- Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain off all but 1 tablespoon fat. Add bacon and onion, stirring frequently. Cook 3 minutes, or until tender. Add half and half, Parmesan, cream cheese and peas. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until cheese melts and mixture is hot and thickened. Stir in bacon.
- Toss with cooked noodles. Sprinkle with fresh cracked black pepper, if desired.
