Ingredients
8 ounces (1/2 package) Anthony’s® Bow Ties3 cups torn fresh spinach
1½ cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
toasted pine nuts, optional
Directions
Cook shells as package directs; drain. In large saucepan, brown meat with onion; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except shells; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Stir in cooked shells before serving.
