Chicken Penne Florentine

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package  Anthony’s® Penne Rigate
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1¼ pound)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (32-ounce) jar pasta sauce, any flavor

Directions

Cook penne as package directs; drain. In paper or plastic bag, combine flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chicken; shake to coat evenly. In large skillet, over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken from skillet. Add pasta sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Top with chicken; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with hot penne.
