Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package Anthony’s® Fettuccine
1/3 cup dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten with 2 tablespoons water
1¼ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast tenderloins
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (32-ounce) jar pasta sauce

Directions

Cook fettuccine as package directs; drain. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan. Dip chicken in beaten egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until browned on both sides and fully cooked. Heat pasta sauce. Place hot fettuccine on serving plate; top with sauce, then chicken and additional sauce.
