Anthony's Skillet Fideo

Ingredients
6 ounces (½ package) Anthony’s® Cut Fideo½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (14½-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, broken up
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir fideo, onion and garlic in oil until fideo is browned. Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and fideo is tender.
