Spicy Shrimp Pasta Salad

This recipe heats things up with Creole Mustard and bell peppers.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Anthony's Penne Rigate
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons yellow bell pepper, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Creole mustard and extra virgin olive oil. Add bell pepper, green onions, pasta and shrimp.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning to taste. Serve in a large chilled bowl.
