Fast and Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs

With a store bought or homemade spaghetti sauce, this easy pasta recipe appears on the table before you know it.

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Anthony's Spaghetti
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, salt, black pepper and garlic powder in a medium bowl; shape into 1-1/2 inch meatballs.
    3. Brown meatballs in oil in a large skillet; drain. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer until meatballs are cooked through, about 30 minutes.
    4. Serve meatballs and sauce over cooked pasta.
