Classic Linguine with Clams

Stock your cupboard with clams to prepare an easy dinner dish. Cook the pasta and prepare the sauce simultaneously, so the two can be tossed together.

Cook Time: 15 min
Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Anthony's Linguine
  • 4 cans (6.5 ounces each) minced clams, undrained
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
    2. Drain clams, reserving liquid.
    3. Cook garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Add reserved clam liquid and parsley. Boil 2 minutes.
    5. Stir in clams. Heat 1 minute.
    6. Toss with cooked pasta. Sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste before serving.
