Chicken Fettuccine in Creamy Herb Sauce

This easy, kid-friendly recipe combines chunky chicken with parsley and basil.

Serves 6

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Anthony's Fettuccine
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chicken flavored bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
    1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat; stir in next five ingredients. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken; heat through.
    3. Combine hot cooked fettuccine, sauce and parsley in a large serving bowl; toss to coat.
    4. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.
