Beef and Penne Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Anthony's Penne Rigate
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pound beef flank or top round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 (9 ounces) package fresh or frozen snow peas (or sugar snaps)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, half at a time, and stir fry for 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove steak from skillet. Hold warm. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add snow peas and bell pepper. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in beef broth. Bring to boil, stirring to loosen brown bits.
- Add pasta and steak. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
